After more than a decade of successfully running their own clinic, husband-and-wife team Kelly and Dr. Jeff Donatello saw firsthand how conventional healthcare often rushes patients toward risky, irreversible joint surgeries. Driven by a passion to deliver better outcomes, they founded Donatello Regenerative Services (DRS) to share their clinical expertise and bring modern regenerative therapies to a wider audience.
Today, DRS partners directly with clinics looking to enter and succeed in the regenerative space. Beyond distributing premium regenerative products, we equip provider teams with proven marketing assets, an extensive resource portal, and ongoing strategic mentorship—delivering a go-to-market playbook that helps practices launch, scale, and hit the ground running.

For over 30 years, Dr. Jeff Donatello has championed a root-cause approach to chronic pain, helping patients heal without surgery or long-term medication. As Co-Founder and CEO of the Center for Wellbeing and Donatello Regenerative Services, he combines his background in chiropractic and functional medicine with advanced regenerative biologics to restore mobility, optimize healthspan, and empower both patients and physicians nationwide.

Kelly Donatello Co-founded both Donatello Regenerative Services and the Center for Wellbeing with Dr. Jeff Donatello. As the chief operating officer and with a successful background in business, technology, and marketing, she manages operational strategy and business execution across both organizations. A dedicated wellness advocate, Kelly focuses on operational excellence and strategic growth to bring effective, non-surgical regenerative therapies to a broader audience.

Colin Garneau is the Director of Business Development at Donatello Regenerative Services, where he spearheads partner acquisition, commercial strategy, and pipeline operations. Leveraging his digital marketing and sales background, Colin manages outreach initiatives and physician partnerships to scale access to regenerative biologics. He is dedicated to expanding DRS's national footprint and empowering healthcare providers with modern, non-surgical clinical solutions.
